Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier services.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Title and risk pass to you once the carrier receives the package.

Please note: All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

If you have any issues with your order (such as a damaged or incorrect item), contact us at admin@thehatdealers.com within 7 days of delivery and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
